Return & Refund Policy for R S TEXTILE

Thank you for shopping with R S TEXTILE. We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

1. Returns :

Eligibility for Returns:

You may return most clothing items within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Items such as innerwear, swimwear, or customized orders are not eligible for return due to hygiene or personalization.

How to Return :

2. We’ll send you return instructions and the return address.

3. Ship the item back using a trusted courier. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you via email or SMS.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 3-5 working days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your choice.

3. Exchanges :

We offer exchanges for size or color if the item is in stock.

To exchange, follow the return process above and mention that you want an exchange.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items :

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item :

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or refund as per your preference.
